St Joseph’s RC High School commissioned LMM to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of its outdated changing rooms, transforming the space into a modern, fully equipped toilet block. The project was initiated to address a longstanding shortfall in the school’s sanitary facilities, ensuring students and staff benefit from improved accessibility, hygiene, and functionality.
Creating concept, technical and construction drawings to client’s brief, managing sub-consultants and managing design portfolio.
LMM managed the project from conception through to completion preparing and executing all contract documents
Advising client on duties under Construction Design & Management Regulations 2015 to ensure all legislative requirements are met.
Overseeing all works on-site to ensure that the overall budget was met whilst providing regular updates to all stakeholders
